CONTROLS: 

  Move left and right with arrow key, and use space bar to punch terrorists.

  "Press Start" really means - press anything

I tried to use the same limitations that a Sega Genesis has (like max 16 colors per background/sprite), so I can try to port this to an actual system later.

BTW - the fact that your health doesn't actually go down is a joke (and intentional)
